I must admit,  I am a little slow when it comes to technology. I just discovered this new app through instagram called, instaframe-so cool! It lets you make collages, edit photos, and add text. Here is a sample of my first go at it...

Here is just a hodge-podge of photos that I have been so far behind in posting.  Noah just loves Lola and climbs on her all the time. She is so patient. Our lives didn't just change, but so did hers. Now she has to put up with being pulled on, sat on, chased, and poked. I think she likes it though, she handles it really well.

I put Noah on one of those mechanical rides outside of most stores, for the first time about a week ago. As you can see, before it started moving, he was totally happy. As soon as I put in the money, he was not so happy anymore.

2 Days To Go....

Noah will be one year old on the 23rd and I can't believe it. When people ask "How old is he?" I say, "11 1/2 months", because I just can't bring myself to say he is a  year old until he actually is a year old. My sweet little baby is a little boy now and I just can't believe it. It's just amazing how fast life can change when you become a mother. Before I had Noah I was obsessed with finding a teaching job and now, even though I do want a classroom, it's just not as important as it was before. The motivation behind wanting a job has basically changed. Now I want the job so we can have the second income to get a house. I want Noah to have a yard to play in and space to grow. He just means everything to me!

Ever since I got the iphone, I have been able to get some really great shots because it's easier to have my phone with me then our giant Cannon camera. Lola and Noah are becoming the best of friends, it's really sweet. Noah just loves his big sister and she really loves him too.

Noah loves to climb into things for some reason, I don't know, it must be a boy thing. One of the things he likes to climb into is the dog's toy box. I just can't keep him out of it- you win some you loose some.

Our Little Girl

My husband and I were remembering how adorable Lola was when we first got her. She was 7 weeks old. Rottweilers are THE cutest puppies. They look like little, puffy bear cubs- so stinkin' cute. When she was little we laid her on the floor next to a ruler and last night we decided to recreate the scene. Here is how enormous our dog has grown in three years...

Poor Puppy

Lola was our baby before we had the baby. We totally spoiled her and gave her a ton of attention; Walks, park dates, new toys, cuddle time, treats...you name it. Now, little man is here and he gets most of the attention. We still go on walks and give Lola affection but it's nothing like we use to. I feel bad for her. I hope she knows that we still love her.

Perfect example: My husband was crawling on the floor, chasing the baby. Everyone was laughing and then 96 pound Lola wants to get in on the action and knocked the baby over. Lola gets yelled at and sulks away. Do you ever wonder what your dog is thinking?

I really have to stop shopping

I went back to Katie Bug's Kloset because I am obsessed and I have a shopping problem. I will admit it. Since I can't fit into my old size of clothes I refuse to buy anything for myself. The answer to this problem....buy for the baby. As you can see below, I found 5 shirts, 4 pants, a onesie, three books, and a set of flashcards for $47! Now I think this is a great price.

I couldn't resist on the books, you'll see why below. 

I'm digging through their books and I find this one! A story featuring Rottweilers, what are the odds of that. If I hadn't gone to the store than I wouldn't have found this great find. My other obsession, in case I failed to mention, is children's books. I could probably start my own library with the amount of books I have, but I can't stop.

To top it all off my beautiful little man is 5 months old Today- August 23rd! I just can't believe how fast time has gone.

Just a side note...I really hate bibs. I wish they made really fashionable ones or ones that blended in with outfits (for cheap). I hate bibs because they cover up the cute outfit, but my child drools and barfs constantly so I need to have him wear them.
